Any owner who wishes to sell or lease their Unit must file an application for Approval of the Buyer or Lesee with Management thirty (30) days prior to the closing date of the sale or beginning date of the lease. An executed copy of the proposed lease agreement must accompany all lease applications for approval. *THIS IS A NO PET COMMUNITY.
Application Fees: $150.00 per single applicant in a multiple non-related tenancy via check or money order made payable to Triton Property Management
All leases are subject to a five hundred ($500) security deposit payable to 3560 Condominium Association that must accompany the application. Security deposits will be kept on file with Management until the end of the lease term.
