Any owner who wishes to sell or lease their Unit must file an application for Approval of the Buyer or Lesee with Management thirty (30) days prior to the closing date of the sale or beginning date of the lease. An executed copy of the proposed lease agreement must accompany all lease applications for approval. *THIS IS A NO PET COMMUNITY.
